Often watches are sent for a repair to us in an insured shipment. We contact the sender and get a watch to diagnostics. We call the owner with our findings and after agreement with a customer we proceed to repair and return the watch according to the sender’s instructions on delivery (payment to our bank account or direct payment to the delivery man on the shipment) for our service. You have to notify us before a payment if you wish to have an invoice for the service.
